The site is very well maintained and well designed. The staff is friendly and offer good service and entertainment. The restaurant is nice with good food and reasonable prices. The swimming pool is well maintained and all the area around in good condition. There is a nice playground for the kids.

When we arrived we got information about the kids club and on the screens at the restaurant there was advertising from the kids club. However on Monday we go and it is closed, then we are informed that it is only open during the months of July and August. That is fair but due to the information given to us at check-in(Saturday) and the advertising we saw on Sunday at the restaurant we were under the impression that is was still open. That was quite disappointing. Then after checkout I called the campaign because we believed we had forgotten a key in our bungalow, the employee that answered the phone hung up mid conversation because he didn’t understand the number I was giving him. When I called back another employee answered and told me that they would call back but never did.

Centrally located and close proximity to the beach. The whole site was very clean and well maintained. The mobile home was 5 star plus and very well equipped and very good design. Very friendly staff, except for certain bar staff.

Only in the bar area, certain staff very abrupt and rude. Also WiFi more accessible as 5G not very good in on the site.

Really nice how houses are divided with trees, like each area has its own space and a bit of privacy and with nature around. It’s a beautiful solution. Also it was very clean when we checked in.

Free amenities like basics thing more toilet paper and washing gel for dishes. Perhaps if people arrive for month they bring or buy it but we were for few nights so it didn’t make sense to buy basics just for few days. Small note on cozy light. Would be nice in the hall that is connected with kitchen to have some small table or floor lamp for evening vibes.

The location of the camping Les Pins in Argeles Plage is,for us ideal, it close to everything we need for a good vacation. The shops and beach are within walking distance. The camping is not too big and is well maintained by a capable and friendly ground staff that really do their best to keep the surroundings tidy and attractive. The

Well marked out pitches close to the beach town and port.

The restaurant needs to look at their pricing structure for a glass of wine 11.00 euro for two glasses of what we thought was poor quality wine considering you can get two glasses of good quality wine for 8 euros in the port in a restaurant. Need I say more.

Good showers.Good location. Pitches easy to access. Nice swimming pool.

Provide hand soap and dryer by toilets. Toilet paper in cubicles rather than on wall outside. (Cheaper for you in the long run as people would only use the paper they need and not take extra to be on the safe side.) Change sanitary blocks from unisex to men and women. Provide proper hot water for washing up.

Clean modern facilities, friendly and efficient reception, lovely snack bar with fair pricing

We never got to use the swimming pool as our trunks were seen as too large. This was extremely annoying as others were in the pool with larger trunks. I have camped all over Spain and France for many years and have never been turned away from a pool. All of our swimsuits were proper but modern bathing trunks, I really feel we were unfairly treated and discriminated against. I understand you have rules but they must be applied fairly. Perhaps it was because the pool was full or maybe because we were British, I don’t know, but we pointed out numerous male swimmers in exactly the same sort of bathing suits. There was also dog faeces left at the front of our pitch, many staff saw it but it was still there when we left. We left 2 days early because of the pool issue and will certainly never return to any of the sites in your chain.
